Return & Exchange Policy

You have 24 hours from the time you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Please be aware that all shipments are delivered sealed and cannot be opened before accepting the delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend checking the size, color, and order details carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected.

The refund amount will be transferred exclusively through Instapay, and the return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
